Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Iron Forge account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open Iron Forge and sign in.
Go to the gear icon on the Forge tab to reach Settings.
Tap Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

If it's been a while since you last signed in, Firebase may ask you to sign in again first — this is a standard security check before a destructive action, not an error.

Option 2 — By email (no app required)

Lost access to the app, or would rather not reinstall it just to delete your account? Email us from the address on your account:

Request Deletion by Email

We'll verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days, and confirm once it's done.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile, login, and account settings.
Your entire workout history, sets, and personal records.
Your custom equipment library (bars, bands, chains, gear).
Your friend connections and coach–athlete relationships.
Workouts you've shared, and reactions on them.
Your reserved username and any coach invite code you created.

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What May Be Retained

A small amount of information may remain outside our system after deletion, for reasons outside our control or for platform safety:

Subscription and purchase records held by the Apple App Store or Google Play, per their own retention policies.
Anonymized safety reports you filed about another user, retained for moderation purposes and no longer linked to your account once it's deleted.
